Privacy Policy

We collect only the information needed to deliver requested reports, send the Doyen Brief, and respond to inquiries. We do not sell or rent personal data, and subscribers may opt out at any time.

Who we are

Doyen Collective is the data controller responsible for the personal information described here. You can reach us about privacy at info@doyenco.com.

What we collect

When you fill in a form on this site, we collect:

  • Your name (for the report download and contact requests);
  • Your work email address;
  • Your organization, if you choose to provide it;
  • Any message you send us through the contact form;
  • A label noting which form a submission came from, so we know what you asked to receive.
  • If you use Doyen Atlas: the career history you paste is sent once to our AI provider, OpenAI, to generate your examination, and is not stored on our servers. The result is held only in your own browser for that session; "Clear and start over" on the Atlas page removes it. Please don't include sensitive personal details (health, finances, identification numbers) in a career history — the examination doesn't need them.

We do not collect special-category data, and we do not run advertising trackers or sell behavioral profiles.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

We use your details only to deliver what you asked for (the report, the brief, replies to your inquiries) and the occasional note about Doyen Collective programming. Our legal basis is your consent (which you can withdraw at any time) and our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us and in keeping members and subscribers informed.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as you remain subscribed or in contact with us, and then remove them within a reasonable period after you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. We do not keep data longer than we need it.

Who processes it on our behalf

We rely on a small number of trusted service providers to store data and send email, including Netlify (hosting and forms) and OpenAI (which processes Atlas career histories to generate examinations, and does not use them to train its models under our API terms). They process your data only on our instructions, and we do not share your details with third parties for their own marketing.

Your rights

Wherever you are, you can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, the GDPR also gives you the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to our processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time, and to complain to your local data-protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, email info@doyenco.com.

Unsubscribing

Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your details at any time. Once you unsubscribe, we stop emailing you.

Changes and contact

We will update this page if the policy changes. Questions about your data or this policy may be sent to info@doyenco.com.
