Terms of Use

This site and its open-access resources are provided for professional use. You may read, cite, and share our work with attribution. You may not scrape or resell it, and it should not be treated as formal legal, financial, investment, or procurement advice.

What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of doyenco.com and the free resources on it: the Doyen Brief, our reports and features, the Tracker, the Job Board, and the Pace assessment. By using the site you agree to them. Doyen Collective membership and Doyen Missions are not yet generally available; each will be governed by its own written agreement when it opens. Advisory work is offered under a separate written engagement; nothing on this site is itself an offer to sell membership, Missions, or a specific advisory mandate.

Using what we publish

Everything we publish is for professional and personal use. You may quote, cite, forward, and discuss it, with attribution to Doyen Collective and, where practical, a link back. What you may not do without our written permission:

  • Republish substantial portions of our reports, briefs, or datasets as your own or behind your own paywall;
  • Scrape, bulk-download, or systematically extract the site's content or data, including for training commercial AI systems;
  • Sell, license, or redistribute our content or data commercially.

The Doyen Collective name, wordmark, and site design are ours. The underlying facts in the Tracker and Job Board are public information; the curation, verification, and presentation are what we claim.

What our content is—and is not

Our reports, briefs, tools, and assessments are professional intelligence and commentary, prepared with care from sources we cite. They are not legal, financial, investment, or procurement advice, and they should not be the sole basis for a decision that requires professional counsel. Sources can change after we publish; where a figure matters to you, check it against the linked source.

The Pace assessment

Pace produces a self-assessed readiness readout from your own answers. It's designed to be a useful starting point for an internal conversation, not an audit, a certification, or a benchmark of record.

The Atlas examination

Atlas produces a structured reading of a career history you choose to submit, generated by an AI model. It is decision support, not a verdict: parts of any examination can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date, and every claim is labelled with the kind of evidence behind it — including inference and assumption. Don't make a career decision on an Atlas examination alone, and don't use it to assess someone else's career without their knowledge. Submit only a history you have the right to share.

Advisory

The Advisory page describes a consulting practice for public institutions and private companies. An inquiry through the site is a request for a conversation, not an engagement, and the website is not a confidential channel. Any advisory work proceeds only under a written agreement covering scope, fees, conflicts, and handling. Until that agreement is in place, do not send commercially sensitive, privileged, or classified material through a form or ordinary email.

Forms and email

When you give us your details through a form, our Privacy Policy governs what we do with them. Don't submit content that is unlawful, confidential to someone else, or that you don't have the right to share.

Availability and changes

The site and its free resources are provided "as is" and "as available." We work to keep them accurate and online, but we don't warrant uninterrupted availability or error-free content, and we may change, pause, or retire free features at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Doyen Collective isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the free site. Nothing here limits liability that can't lawfully be limited.

Links to other sites

Our briefs, Tracker, and Job Board link out to sources and employers. Those sites are theirs, not ours — we link for verification and convenience, and we're not responsible for their content.

Changes and contact

We will update this page if these terms change. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Questions may be sent to info@doyenco.com.
